How to prepare

First visit please arrive 10 minutes early. Wear socks with grips in the studio for the barre, interval and fusion classes - they are sold at the studio. In addition, clients should wear comfortable clothing such as yoga attire. Everything else is provided. Cycle Classes - it is required that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class so that you can be fitted on a bike. Cycle shoes are not provided so wear a hard sole tennis shoe. Thank you

What is ClassPass?
