Beat the afternoon slump! Return to work energized and more productive after taking a quick lunch break to wake up your muscles and recharge your mind. Barre Code is a full-body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance. A range of different props are used in each class to challenge the body and engage the mind. *This class is offered at a discounted rate. Look for “Lunchtime Class” at checkout.

The instructor was not able to make it to class so someone else (I believe Courtney) ended up coming and teaching the class. The class that was taught was awesome. She was super sweet and the workout was great. Her class concentrated on all parts of the body. I absolutely loved it.

Great workout! Recommend and will do again. Hit arms then core then legs. I brought my own socks but I think I could have gotten more traction with grip socks.

The instructor was upbeat, motivating, and helpful with form. Music was interesting. Faculty was clean, no mats needed as the whole room had foam mats, and a beauty bar available to freshen up (so considerate of them!).

How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to fill out a new client form and take a tour of the studio. Socks are required for all classes. Towels and water are recommended. Socks, water and towels are all available for purchase if needed.

How to get there

Studio is located on the North East side of Park and Preston, several storefronts behind Blue Goose and across from Studio Movie Grill.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
