About this class

TBC stands for both Total Body Conditioning and The Boot Camp. This 50-minute bootcamp class will have you sprinting against the clock as you lift heavier weights, work through resistance and bodyweight exercises, and build agility, speed & power. Varied high-intensity interval training and full-range-of-motion strength training circuits will help you stay consistently challenged as your heartrate and mental toughness skyrocket!

How to prepare

Come dressed to move. They recommend wearing comfortable clothes. Socks are required for all non-heated classes, and mats are required for all heated classes. Rental mats are available at the studios for a small fee.
