About this class

This 50-minute bootcamp class will have you sprinting against the clock as you lift heavier weights, work through resistance and bodyweight exercises, and build agility, speed & power. Varied high-intensity interval training and full-range-of-motion strength training circuits will help you stay consistently challenged as your heart rate and mental toughness skyrocket! *Socks are required to wear in class

Great strength building workout! The class moves quick which helps because it’s a hard class, but you feel so great after.

This was a great workout if you’re looking to target muscle groups, and really want to work your core! The music and instructor were great!

Hard class, felt challenged and pushed. That said, with conditioning I like to get lost in the music and Erica talked the entire class. I prefer instructors to check and correct people’s form (quietly) and blast the music... but that’s just me. Would definitely go back tho.

I have taken many Barre Code classes but this was my first TBC class. This studio is very nice but the “shower” is dirty (dirt on the floor) and no curtain. I did only have me and one other person in the class but the instructor not like the instructor for this class. She was not very encouraging.

challenging workout! moves quickly, so you don't have too much time to feel sorry for yourself :D If it's going to bug you that movements don't happen to the beat or that the audio system is echoey, maybe try something else

What is ClassPass?
