Great cardio workout with some strengthening in between. The workout was the perfect balance of intense but not so hard that you felt like you needed to stop every 5 seconds to take a break. Instructor was great!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
