About this class

Must Pre-register by 10:00pm the night prior in order to take this class. This 50-minute bootcamp class will have you sprinting against the clock as you lift heavier weights, work through resistance and bodyweight exercises, and build agility, speed & power. Varied high-intensity interval training and full-range-of-motion strength training circuits will help you stay consistently challenged as your heart rate and mental toughness skyrocket!

How to prepare

Clients must wear socks. Regular socks are fine, otherwise sticky socks are for sale in the studio. They also sell biodegradable friendly towels for $1.00.

How to get there

We are on the Corner of Lovers and the Tollway; Across from McDonalds. We are located on the 3rd Level. Please use Hallway Entrance!

What is ClassPass?
