About this class

In this 50-minute class, intense kickboxing sequences are combined with strengthening work focusing on abdominals, thighs, and glutes. Our Brawl class has been named in SELF Magazine as one of the best workout classes in the nation. You have the option of wearing wrist weights during this for an added challenge.

How to prepare

Clients must wear socks. Regular socks are fine, otherwise sticky socks are for sale in the studio. They also sell biodegradable friendly towels for $1.00.

How to get there

We are on the Corner of Lovers and the Tollway; Across from McDonalds. We are located on the 3rd Level. Please use Hallway Entrance!

kiersten is great!!! very enthusiastic and helpful. I just dont think Barre is my jam in general. I fin the sequence and speed of movements to be awkward

What is ClassPass?
