About this class

Total Body Conditioning is our high-energy bootcamp-style class. You’ll perform circuits of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and full-range-of-motion strength exercises that utilize both bodyweight resistance and heavier weights like kettlebells, medicine balls and body bars. You’ll spike your metabolism, improve your cardiovascular conditioning, and build total body, functional strength. This class is great if you’re looking to get a good sweat on! Because we take everything at our own pace in this class format, you are free to modify and advance as you need without any judgement.

How to prepare

Socks are required for all classes. Bottled water and body wipes are available for sale. There are not showers at the studio, but the vanity area is stocked with items to freshen up.

How to get there

Located on Main Street, between 6th and 7th streets in downtown Cincinnati, next to the Richter and Phillips streetcar station. Parking suggestions: meters on Main or 7th Street.

Really nice people and overall good class! Parking is tricky because it’s downtown so I ended up having to pay $10 for parking. Would have liked to been able to use heavier weights as well.

The new TBC format is growing on me, although I still way prefer the old one. However this particular class had TONS of squats/lunges and jumping - not great for those of us with bad knees. There weren’t modifications that really took the pressure off of the knees either. I love Liz, loved the soundtrack as usual. Wish a few more personal corrections were given for form, although she did a great job of correcting the class as a whole.

Not a fan of the content of this class- basic physics teach you that when you put force on something it pushes back with equal force. The whole class is made up of things that are bad for your joints- including extended time spent kneeling, med ball slams while not letting go of the ball handles (what?) and holding your body up on small plastic med ball handles. Hard to get a good workout when you’re distracted by your wrists, palms, and knees hurting.

Super tough class with the new TBC style (still boot camp-esque with both strength and cardio) - I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow. Loved the tabata type cardio. Thanks Liz!

What a fun class! Most people ever at a TBC class, which was awesome. It never really feels overcrowded though. Love this full body work out and love Liz! Hoping to be sore tomorrow

What is ClassPass?
