Candlelight Slow Flow at The Art of Yoga
About this class
A 60 min. yoga practice designed to help you wind down your day. A slow-paced feel-good sequence intended to calm the mind and relax the body. This class will include breath practice, meditation, and gentle movement. Great class for a new or beginner yoga practitioner! This class is part of the AOY membership, can be paid for off a class pass or as a $15 drop in.

How to prepare
Please bring a yoga mat with you to class. If you don't have one, you can rent one from the studio for $1. Bottled water is also available for purchase ($1).
How to get there
Free parking is available in the gravel lot directly across the street during weekday evenings and all day during weekends. For morning and afternoon classes during the week, please give yourself a couple extra minutes to park on the street. There is plenty of free street parking on Rich St. or on the cross streets of Gift and Skidmore.
