About this class

Their signature 60-minute weight training class with various interval strength and toning exercises for every single muscle in your body (i.e. legs, arms, back, core, etc.). Exercises are designed in a format that keeps the heart pumping and complimentary muscle groups working the entire time. All levels welcome. Athletic shoes required.

How to prepare

Cycle shoes are optional for spin classes. All bikes are equipped with shoe cages and straps, or cycling shoes are available for rent at the studio for $3. A Mat and large towel are required for barefoot burn classes. Mat rentals are available for $2 and large towels for $1. Shower towels also available to rent for $1.

How to get there

Look for the signs that lead you to parking for COVER 3, and you will see us a few doors down!

I've had a pretty good streak of going to classes and thought I would really keep up.... I overestimated myself. Intense for a beginner but an awesome way to start the week off with a good challenge. I felt like a baby deer stumbling out of class. Dottie was a great motivating and helpful instructor, walking around giving tips and adjusting form.

Great class yet again! If this is your first time to a workout class it will be incredibly hard but if you enjoy a good workout this class I’d definitely for you!

Loved the workout but it was so crowded. Also we ran outside a lot longer than I was expecting so bring a light workout jacket. There’s no stretching afterwards as well so make sure you plan for that.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
