About this class

With all the pole and lyra and hammock you are doing, isn't it time to start conditioning those bodies to last? This class will focus on range of motion, injury prevention and strength building for the muscles used in aerial arts. Long, active stretching paired with focus strength training will get you in the air faster and safer. *all levels. mat recommended.

Aerial Conditioning Coed with Staza
Great class, Staza has a lot of experience and body knowledge! Focus is on training the glutes, legs, and core, since we don’t always activate those when we’re doing aerial! This class starts with 30 mins of cardio warm-up & conditioning on the mat, then 30 mins aerially - it alternates between conditioning on hammocks or on Lyra, from week to week. Not focused on deep stretching, which is fine- just know what you’re signing up for! I only wish it was offered another time than lunch on Thursdays.

Please bring mats, leg warmers or socks, water bottles and a good attitude! *For Lyra and aerial hammock clients are encouraged to bring long layers to start. *Heels are optional for all pole classes.
