High intensity interval training (HIIT) is the latest buzz word for a reason; it is effective, efficient and gives you the max bang for your buck. With the latest research backing it up all the way to help us live longer and more importantly healthier, you can’t not add one into your week. All the exercises can be regressed and progressed according to your fitness level. This is a 30-minute medium to high intensity class that will tone and strengthen your body and increase your endurance.

What is ClassPass?
