About this class
Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit this fall with a combined Yoga and Core Strength practice. This fusion-style format combines dynamic Pilates exercises with traditional Yoga asanas (poses), which can serve as a great compliment to anyone’s pre-existing exercise routine. These classes are specifically designed to target the core musculature of the trunk—abs, glutes, back, hips, chest, and shoulders. You will build strength, flexibility, and stability as you flow through playful Vinyasa sequences. Despite the work you put in, class always ends on a sweet note--with some deep stretching and a restorative Savasana. *Although we do have a few extra on hand, please bring your own Yoga mat if you have one*
