Great for ladies who want an intimate class. Studio was so bright and upbeat, I almost forgot I was working out! A good mix of cardio and conditioning. Donna is a great motivator.

Nice people and solid weight workout. Half of it is self done on machines so I was a little bummed about that. Otherwise I felt very welcomed!

Michelle is great, she know how to keep you motivated for 30min. I liked that the cardio in the beginning is at your own pace and you dont have to feel pressured to be there right on time.

Michelle was great and I liked the class but it is definitely an older crowd (like 50s and older). I felt a little out of place but everyone was nice and I worked up a sweat!

Super sore the next morning! Welcoming atmosphere. Great work out especially since I hate doing weight training alone. Great way to do circuits and get correction on your form. Will be back :)

The class involves 30 minutes of self-directed cardio. This was not what I was expecting for an hour long "small group training" class. You are only getting 30 minutes of small group training with 30 minutes of treadmill time. This is not on par with other ClassPass classes I've taken in terms of training and guidance. This class should outline that 30 minutes is essentially open gym time, not "small group training" as advertised.

Great way to kick off the weekend! 30 mins cardio 30 strengthen. EAT LIGHT BREAKFAST. I didn't and got a bit dizzy. They hooked me up with a Gatorade I am so grateful for that! I'm getting back in the swing of strengthening workouts and would say this is a great place to begin. Focus on form and your specific needs. Will be back :)

This was awesome. Super personalized, got lots of attention. I got nauseous at one point and had to sit down; I definitely recommend eating a light meal before this workout because it can get intense! Would definitely recommend!

Such a friendly welcoming place! Cardio on your own for 30 min then group circuit training for 30 min w/ lots of personal attention :)

Broken up in half: 30 min of cardio on one of the machines (they have treadmills ellipticals, stair master, bike, and rowing machine) and they have a clock with 60 seconds on and 20 ish seconds off to make it a bit more interesting. Circuit is standard though I'm sure it varies day to day. Instructors were awesome and encouraging and made sure to fix my form if I was doing something wrong. Great class!
