About this class

New to yoga or just looking for a refresher of the fundamentals? This is the class for you. Heavy emphasis is placed on alignment, proper form and linking breath to movement. We want your foundation to be solid. Come with an open mind and a desire to explore new movements! SYNCYOGA [The Basics] is a 60 minute class.  Please be mindful and do not eat a heavy meal prior to class.  Wear clothes that you are comfortable to move in.

How to prepare

For Cycling, it is required that you either rent our shoes for $2 or bring your own cycling shoes. We have towels, filtered water fountains and cubbies in the cycling studio to store your belongings. For Cardio Circuit, wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes. Yoga bring an open mind and willing heart. Please note that our facility does not have showers - we do have all the supplies you need to take a bird bath, though! ;)

What is ClassPass?
