How to prepare

Regular gym wear is suitable for most classes. For AERIAL FIT classes we ask that you wear leggings, socks, and a shirt with sleeves. For SEXY FLOORWORK, bring along some high socks, leg warmers or knee pads (they’re also available for purchase in the studio).

How to get there

Sydney Pole is based in Sydney's Inner West, at 106 Pyrmont Bridge Road in Camperdown. They're only a 10min bus trip from Railway Square and buses 413, 440, 438, 439, 461, L38 & 480 will all get you there, alight at Parramatta Rd near Mallett St, Camperdown (Stop 205024). They're also only a 15min walk from Newtown Station and a 20min walk from Glebe Light Rail. There is free parking available on surrounding side streets and on Parramatta Road between 11am-3pm & 7pm-10pm weekdays, and all day weekends.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
