An up-tempo class that combines Rowing, Spinning, Kettle bells and Steps. Great for getting the heart rate up and burning a ton of calories. Excellent cross training option for cyclists and runners. Perfect complement to a strength training routine.

How to prepare
Please bring a clean pair of indoor shoes and a water bottle if you have one. Workout in whatever clothes you are comfortable wearing. You will need to fill out a PAR-Q form prior to working out. How to get there
They are located one block West of Bathurst along Eglinton Ave W. The entrance is from the side street "Peveril Hill N". There is a lot of construction in the area and no access directly from Eglinton at this time. You can get to Peveril Hill from the alleyway behind or from Bathurst. There is plenty of FREE street parking along Peveril Hill and Chiltern Hill Rd.
