Second time visiting this studio and it was such a great class. Explanation of form and demos for exercises were perfect. I especially like how Jon broke down each move step by step as we learn them. Definitely recommend this class and instructor!

This was a really good beginner class. I have never really done kettlebells as a full workout. The instructor did a great job of explaining everything and made sure we had good form. Challenging but not intimidating.

Its very informative and I think Im going to continue coming, but it is a class of more learning movement (obviously foundations) than a sweating work out class. Wish it was a bit more high energy. I think the higher level classes are, based on the equipment in the room.
