Step it up a notch with this group workout that moves at a faster pace. Master advanced kettlebell moves like the Clean and Jerk, high pulls, snatches, thrusters, Renegade Rows and windmills. **You will need to have taken Foundations 1 and Foundations 2 five times each in addition to passing a knowledge/fitness test before being allowed to take this class**

What is ClassPass?
