Full Body Sculpt with Ryan
I've previously taken a Swing Kettlebell class with Heather,, and it was kick-your-butt amazing. I thought this class would similarly be great--it wasn't. I hate to say this, but I found this class with Ryan to be uninspiring, demotivational, unenergetic, and gloomy (and it was a beautiful, sunny Saturday morning at 10am!). The workout circuit itself was okay but very repetitive and not a very well rounded full body workout (way too much focus on triceps). For example, doing incrementally push ups for a total of about 70+, which is insane! Push-ups are one of the most boring do-at-home exercises. Most of the class was very unfriendly and grumpy. Ryan corrected form only after each set (not during) and never said anything motivational to push thru his boring, repetitive, workout plan . Encourage the class to greet and high-five their neighbors! Something! The reason workout classes are popular are because people like a good workout in a positive environment. This one made me sad.

awesome cues and super challenging workout

A great class to help strengthen muscles and overall endurance. Would recommend doing their foundation classes first since they take more time to go over the moves with you.

No shortcuts. If you come to the 6am class, be prepared for an intense workout as most people in this class are committed to giving their best.
