Full Body Sculpt with Luke
Tough class but you feel awesome after and the instructors are always awesome. Going to have a disclaimer here that you may have to run up a hill in this class!
Full Body Sculpt with Ryan
Instructor played indie music at a low volume and it was not super motivating
Full Body Sculpt with Ryan
Heather is the best. She really focuses on form.
Full Body Sculpt with Jon
Jon gave really good instructions on the proper way to do all the moves.
Full Body Sculpt with Luke
Luke was a great instructor! Interacted with each of us to make a tough workout fun. He was also great with helping me with my form on deadlifts and high rows.

Like makes sure youre doing the workouts correctly. Seriously.... nothing gets passed him! Which is great and the class totally kicked my butt!!!
Full Body Sculpt with Heather
Heather is always great about correcting your form, but making sure the class moves at a good pace to keep it challenging.
Full Body Sculpt with Ryan
I've previously taken a Swing Kettlebell class with Heather,, and it was kick-your-butt amazing. I thought this class would similarly be great--it wasn't. I hate to say this, but I found this class with Ryan to be uninspiring, demotivational, unenergetic, and gloomy (and it was a beautiful, sunny Saturday morning at 10am!). The workout circuit itself was okay but very repetitive and not a very well rounded full body workout (way too much focus on triceps). For example, doing incrementally push ups for a total of about 70+, which is insane! Push-ups are one of the most boring do-at-home exercises. Most of the class was very unfriendly and grumpy. Ryan corrected form only after each set (not during) and never said anything motivational to push thru his boring, repetitive, workout plan . Encourage the class to greet and high-five their neighbors! Something! The reason workout classes are popular are because people like a good workout in a positive environment. This one made me sad.
