The most fun workout class I’ve taken in a long time! The dance moves are easy to follow and you work up quite a sweat. I loved the welcoming atmosphere of the space. Will be back!

I love Kim! I can follow along with her moves (I am NOT light on my feet), she always has great tunes, and she is so encouraging and fun.

Really disappointing, as someone who takes a lot of dance classes and is very active. This class is made for BEGINNERS. If you are used to intensity, this is not for you. Music was a true mix, jazz, country like a dosido type, mostly medium BPM. Instructor was good, but for beginners. I wish I had known this, I would love to have my class option back.

I've been missing dance in my life since the completion of a fitness dance test group and finding Kim's class made my soul so happy! Great work out, lots of fun, good group of people, and I sweat buckets. You get out what you put in and it was awesome! Definitely becoming a regular.

Instructor was great! Music selection was awesome. Class is a ton of cardio done through repetitive dance moves. Needed A/C turned on much higher

How to prepare

All class equipment you will need is provided. Wear athletic shoes & comfortable flexible clothing for most classes, including Yoga Booty Ballet. Yoga can be done barefoot or with socks. Please note that showers are available all day, except after 8pm---so if you're taking a class or working out in the gym after 8pm, the sparkling clean, well-stocked with all amenities, shower will not be available.

How to get there

Free parking spaces in front of SWERVE + metered street parking surrounding the studio. Note that 3rd Street is a busy traffic area when anticipating travel & parking time. Check in at the front desk before class, the first SWERVE door by the gym (well marked with a stand up sign "check in here") before you reach the studio. First-time students, please arrive 10 minutes before class. Please turn off cell phones during class. Alkaline water refill $1, bottled water $2-3, bars, coconut water, protein shakes, kombucha,coffee, towel rental $1.

What is ClassPass?
