About this class

Albany- Every day is different! Each class will mix bodyweight intervals, plyometrics, and weightlifting to maximize your time and your burn. By keeping your heart rate elevated with High Intensity intervals you will burn over 500 calories each class. Adding in additional weight-lifting will help you build valuable lean mass to increase your resting metabolic rate. We use a variety of tools to keep your mind and body challenged: spin bikes, ski ergs, rowers, trx, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, bosu, and your amazing body!
