In just 50 minutes we combine core strengthening exercises and HIIT cardio conditioning with resistance training and yoga elements to the sounds of a live DJ to help you build a better you. SWEAT DC is located at:  WONDER BREAD FACTORY 641 S STREET NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20001  *2 blocks from the Shaw Metro. (Green Line Metro)

How to get there

Their new studio is located at 3232 Georgia Ave NW. Enter on Georgia Ave between Lamont and Kenyon. Studio is street level. Please arrive 15 min early so class can start on time. Look for the large blue sign.

Coach G and his Sweat Squad are the most enthusiastic FitFam in DC! Can't beat their killer 45 minute workout. You'll definitely feel it in the morning!

really intense workout, but they did rely on a basic knowledge of a number of different moves, and didn't provide guidance on modifications unless asked, and there wasn't much time to ask. but if you know what your body is capable of and know basic workout moves, you should be able to make it work, and it really does make you sweat!

LOVED Coach G & Dani. Sweat a ton and found it as hard/harder than my favorite HIIT classes.

Coach G is by far the best fitness instructor in DC. His workouts are always challenging, fun, and his energy is contagious!

Friendly environment. High pace intense workout focus on keeping up energy. Good to do solo but better if you bring a buddy, there are partnered work outs. Come ready for lot of cardio movement, expect minimal time spend on form (But coach G was good at giving enough time to get into basic form.) overall great experience if you want to jump in and have some fun to some good tunes.

Coach G is awesome! Great mix of exercises that made the time fly by. Loved that the class was much more diverse than most class pass offerings. Inclusive of all levels of abilities and still a tough work out!

What is ClassPass?
