Learn a non-aggressive traditional martial art with a modern approach, where physical fitness is just a bonus.Each class is designed to build positive energy and humility, where family and friends can meet without ego. Join Sifu Jack Leung every Saturday, 1:30-3:00pm. Students can try classes before enrolling, and Practical Wing Chun has a Foundation Members special for new students.

How to prepare
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first class (they close the doors when class starts) - Drink plenty of water before and after your class - Don't eat anything heavy for 2 hours before the class - Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in freely - Bring a bottle of water and a towel, and a mat if you have one (you can borrow one of theirs for free) - Let the teacher know that you're new, and any concerns that you may have about the practice - Have fun.
How to get there
They're located at 14 Cox Road, Windsor. The studio has clear signage that can be seen from the street. They're right next to Windsor train station, and bus stops on Lutwyche and Newmarket Roads. Free parking is available on the street.
