About this class
HIIT - high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Uses indoor bikes for part of class! This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. May be offered in 30-45 minute sessions.

How to prepare
Wear workout clothes and gym shoes, bring water and a towel! Bottled water and towels also available in the studio. Mats and equipment available in studio.
