Robust workout, friendly instructor. A little distraction around the gym as it’s open space, some other people in the class were also less than focused on the workout itself but overall a positive experience. Will go back for the low credits too!

Abel constructed a great class and glute activation warmup was clutch. Good mix of power generation and raw strength in multiple planes with unilateral variations.
