Get refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated for the week ahead. We ‘rinse out’ stress with a brief meditation. Next we go into slow flow yoga, mindful standing postures, and finally into a gentle restorative release of tension. Maile’s calm voice with clear guidance helps us gain clarity, a reset for both our inner and outer self.
