Commitment to regular attendance of this class is strongly recommended. All skill levels are accommodated in this class.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. For Aerial classes, please wear leggings and long sleeves- no jewelry.
