About this class

Two fantastic modalities that complement each other very well! In this session, we combine TRX and Kettlebells for a head to toe workout that will lean, strengthen, balance, tone and transform! This class is NOT designed to add muscle mass or bulk you up. You can read more about each modality in our decicated TRX and Kettlebells class description. All Levels. Sneakers Advised.

Slow muscle movements you wouldn’t typically do. But I will still be sore

Good class. More isometric movement focused than i prefer but worked muscles/stretched ones you don’t. Very slow paced and no music, so hard to be more motivating
