About this class

Class meets every Monday/ Thursday morning from 10:00- 11:00 am and every Tuesday/ Friday morning from 8:30- 9:30 am. Class is 1 hour of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) through the use of circuits and cardio stations which utilize treadmills, ellipticals, eSpinners, dumb bells, body bars, cable machines, medicine balls, bosu balls, bands, and much, much more! Classes change every two weeks to promote a balance of difficulty, efficiency, and variety with each workout. Perfect for women who want to get tone, maintain or build strength, and improve anaerobic and aerobic conditioning. Overall, a great way to get back in shape!   Buy 11 classes for $100, or drop-in for $10 a class

How to get there

Located at John Burroughs School, use the athletic entrance at 9243 Clayton Road (located between Village Lutheran Church and Annunziata Catholic Church). Find a place to park and head towards the entrance to the left of the Taylor Athletic Center sign. Once inside, go through the lobby, straight ahead to the sign labeled Athletics, up the stairs and to the left. The fitness studios are just passed the elevator.

The Women's Class with William
This class was awesome. I am ended up being the only person who showed up, so I pretty much had a personal trainer the whole time! We did a bunch of different circuits and running/walking downstairs on the track. Well was personable, confident and helped me adjust exercises due to my physical limitations. I will definitely be back and I look forward to the class when its full because I bet its even better!

The trainer is knowledgeable and helpful. He is encouraging without being overbearing. Great equipment and facility. Overall welcoming environment.

Despite being called The Womens class, I wouldnt say there was anything different from your average lift weights, do squats/lunges, and run around the gym (or stairs). The class also wasnt just women. It took place in the middle of the weight room where other patrons were lifting weights. I didnt know what to expect based on the description. Hope this helps.

Wills class is awesome!!! Its the perfect mix of strength and cardio. Great for all levels. I would definitely be a regular if I lived in St. Louis.

Fantastic class and William is an awesome instructor. This is a great sweat for any level. The conditioning is quick and effective throughout the class and circuit/high intensity training is different every time. Highly recommend!
