How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

How to get there

Soul Pilates is located at 57 Queen Charlotte St in Bristol's City Centre which is right next o Queen Square. You can park outside as there is plenty of on street metered parking.

What is ClassPass?
