It was my first CycleBar class back after over a year and it was great - super dim lighting made me feel comfortable, no scoreboard, instructor was a good combo of kind, energetic and motivational, and they even had some bagels out for us for this class :) I also went with a slightly sore lower back and had to take it a bit easier, but still worked up a sweat.
