About this class

Slice HIIT (High intensity interval training) is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals. This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning worrkout that not only helps performance but also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat. This 30 minute class is based in our PT suite using various gym equipment

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle to refill or we also sell bottled water for £1. Lockers are available - please ask for a key at reception (it's free, but you will be asked to leave a card as a deposit). Shower towels are £1 to rent / Sweat towels are complementary. Also available: hairdryers, hair straighteners, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

What is ClassPass?
