Short on time? This session delivers all of the benefits of our classic Total Body class in just 45-minutes. Our Total Body Class is designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout. We’ll spend an equal amount of time on the treadmills and the floor including strength training and the cardio bursts you need to shred your body. Modifications are always offered, so you can be sure you’re getting the right workout for YOUR body.
