About this class

Our signature 60-minute class is designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout. We’ll spend an equal amount of time on the treadmills and the floor including strength training and the cardio bursts you need to shred your body. Modifications are always offered, so you can be sure you’re getting the right workout for YOUR body.

A little confusing cause it was my first time but good workout

Kara is amazing!

The class was okay, but the instructor, Kara, was not. She was rude and unwelcoming for my first time at this location. I felt very uncomfortable with my interactions with her and honestly didn’t want to finish the class. A gym should be a community where you feel welcomed and encouraged. It’s disappointing that my experience wasn’t as such. It was off putting enough for me to leave a review, which I never do. I’ll likely try Shred again because it’s in my neighborhood and this was just one instructor, but certainly not with Kara. First impressions are lasting, and I hate that I didn’t have a good experience here.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
