About this class

You want Sprints, Climbs, Jumps & Toned Arms? Fast and Furious. SHRED Shorty with Weights is a 45 minute Spin class that incorporates weights for an upper body workout. You can do anything for 45 minutes. The workout is intense but open to all levels… you decide how hard you go. All we ask is that you CHALLENGE YOUR WORKOUT.

This was a full body workout with weights on the bike. I loved the energy and the music!

Not impressed. No desk person. Not the best music. Teacher had really bad form.

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize that we fell short of your expectations. Unfortunately, our front desk attendant fell ill. We typically have someone running the desk on Wednesday nights. Music being subjective, that is tough to address. However, form and challenging our clients is something we strive for in every class. We will take a look into this and look to improve. I would like to invite you to attend one of my classes without charge. Please email me at if you would like. I hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity. We will not let you down.

Basic spin class - studio is small but clean and bikes are in good shape.

Thank you for your feedback. Although our studio is small we try to focus on the most important things, which is why we have designed our spin studio to hold 20 bikes without folks being too crowded or on top of each other. In our classes, you will find that we train our efforts to the most calorie burn as possible which means we look to the work as opposed to a lot of "moves" around the bike that could prove detrimental to your back or knees. I am not certain if this is what you mean by "basic"? I would welcome you to email me at with any thoughts or suggestions that you may have. Hope to see you back!

Upbeat music. Small group classes. Wish she would have said hello to newbies since there were only 7 people in the class and introduced me to the equipment/settings. Upper weight portion was at a fast speed. Also wish it was more than a 2min stretch.
