About this class

Boot Camp's fitness exercise give you hard core personal training at a group price! Burn up to 700 calories a session with interval training. It's a total body workout in 60 minutes that keeps your fitness moving forward with “muscle confusion”. Combine all necessary components of fitness into ONE WORKOUT including strength, cardio, and flexibility. It's never boring! Always a different workout. They have all equipment, including TRX, BOSU, and Kettlebells!

How to get there

From Sunol Dr. turn onto Sonoma Dr (directly across from U-Haul) and then take an immediate left into your first driveway where there are blue buildings. We are Unit C. Parking is either on the street (Sonoma Dr.) or in the designated "SUBC" parking spots in front our our unit. Please do not park in other tenants' spots!

What is ClassPass?
