Great, challenging class! Basic moves like burpees & kettlebell swings, but the intensity and focus on form makes sure you work up a sweat. Sgt Nate was incredibly kind, encouraging, and fun! Highly recommend for a kick-ass & sweaty class to start your day.

If you need to jump start your workout routine or the motivation to push yourself, Sgt. Nate is who you want to do so with! Im definitely sore after the workout and Sarge ensures that everyone has proper form for each exercise. The exercises themselves arent super complex, but theyre perfectly chosen to have you sore for days!
