About this class

A 60 minute class designed to increase core strength and body awareness in multiple planes and ranges of motion. The program will work from the ground up, incorporating low-level core activation and breathing through to correct bracing for more complex, dynamic movements. This is applicable for all. No previous exercise history required.

What is ClassPass?
