Loved this class. Lots of strength building, stretching, flow, and options for modifications. Instructor was easy to understand and the energy in the class was warm and strong.

Power Vinyasa with Robin
I love this instructor, great class. Plenty challenging but modifiable for beginners. I'm usually sore the next day which is good. Robin is great at showing examples and helping without drawing too much unwanted attention to the newer folk. She makes it fun and incorporates a great wind-down time at the end. I usually leave feeling renewed.

Robins class is the only class I will take at this studio moving forward. Unlike some other instructors at this studio, she understands how each position effects your body and what you should do to counter. Shes aware of joint health and gives variations. This class had a lot of room to try new balances and more fun positions. Wish the class was a little longer so we can spend more time in some of the more fun balances. Great flow and also good for beginners. Not challenging for the seasoned yogi but still good.
Power Vinyasa with Drew
The instructor was really nice. He is recovering from surgery so he couldnt demonstrate in this class, but he gave really good verbal cues. This is a pretty beginner class and didnt have as much flow as I like. I am used to vinyasa with a lot of flow so maybe Im being a little harsh. I wish it was a little more challenging for a power class, though.
Power Vinyasa with Ali
One of the worst classes Ive ever taken. Neither a power nor vinyasa yoga class. Honestly, I can barely call this a yoga class. She had us do scissor lunge jumps at one point... in a vinyasa class?? There was no flow and I didnt break a sweat even though the room was heated. It wasnt paced the way a power class should be paced. The instructor kept doing random things Ive never seen other instructors do before and the sequences made no sense. Many poses were bad on the joints, especially the hip and knee. She didnt tell us to fold the mat over or put a towel down to cushion our knees or even give variations. There were older students in the class Im sure they wouldve appreciated additional options. She also talked A LOT, and half things she said were more about her personal like and werent even related to the practice. Two stars because studio space was decent and equipment seems new-ish.
