About this class

These classes consist of a confluence of movements combining a balanced sequence with all elements of physical exercise, mindfulness, moderation and meditation. All of these are within a supportive dialogue developed to empower the practitioner. All classes are donation based. Please donate at the studio. Please note that this class is donation based. Feel free to donate an amount you see fit when you arrive at the studio! The suggested amount is $16.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Mats can be rented from the studio for $2.

The Santa Monica Power Yoga Studio is located at 1410 2nd Street in Santa Monica, CA 90401. Parking: There are 4 public parking lots within 2 blocks of the studio, all on 2nd street. Each of the public lots features 1.5 hours of free parking.

Great class! A full body challenge/restoaration. Rudy knows what he is doing and encourage good technique in a way I haven't experienced much in all of the studios I have been to before.

What an AMAZING workout. Rudy was awesome!! He’s so positive and made funny jokes/remarks and it was really refreshing since yoga classes normally can be quite serious. Everyone had a good occassional laugh and it really made the energy in the room!! The routine as well was great! I found it to be perfectly challenging, you could really alternate how hard you wanted to go. I never leave reviews, but GO RUDY!!!!

What is ClassPass?
