About this class

A dynamic, flowing form of yoga that links together breath and movement. These classes have the power to transform your body, revive your energy, and refresh your mind. Classes include energizing Sun Salutations, standing and balancing poses, and ends with a restorative sequence and atmosphere. In each class you'll experience both sides of the scale: power and grace, mind and body, vitality and relaxation, fun and technicality. Feel the difference as you expand your possibilities and get sweaty from the internal heat you create. The class is lightly heated to facilitate a safe and healthy opening within your body, and is appropriate for all-levels of yoga experience. For those new to yoga, basic posture alignment will be explained; for those experienced with yoga, there will be more advanced variations offered. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge, and experience inner harmony.

Lindsay was exceptional. She made everyone feel welcome and helped us get acquainted if we were not familiar with the gym. She lead us through a dynamic and functional class, explaining the purpose behind each move. I left the class feeling more at peace, more flexible, and stronger. I sweat plenty but maintained a level heart rate throughout. I'd recommend this studio and Lindsey if you're trying to find a home studio in Baltimore.
