About this class
Join us as you unite your breath and movement for a refreshing and centering class. We will practice a variety of standing and seated poses while maintaining a slow vinyasa flow and calming rhythm. This class is the perfect combination of strength, stretch, invigoration, and calmness, creating a total mind body experience from head to toe. Classes are non-heated and accessible for all-levels. We are proud to announce that these classes are taught by qualifying graduates from the local Red Lila School of Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training program.
