About this class
Don't be fooled by the name, this is a tough workout. It is called Boot Camp Basics because it is made up of the basic exercises that you need to be proficient at in order to reach peak performance in a boot camp setting. All the exercises in this boot camp will help improve Push Up form, Plank form, Sit Up form, Squat form, and over all core stability and functional patterning.

How to prepare
It's always good to have some water with you and a towel. It is not always necessary to have a mat but every so often we run out of them so it's good to have one as a backup. If you are cleared by a medical professional to workout then come on out and give us a try. We will challenge you, make you a bit uncomfortable but we want you to come back.
How to get there
LANDMARK: San Diego Hilton Spa and Resort (you can Google map this or 1730 East Mission Bay Dr. to get close) INSTRUCTIONS: We have two locations on East Mission Bay drive. Our Tuesday/Thursday location is immediately South of the Hilton (the parking lot closest to the Hilton) & our Monday/Wednesday/Friday location is about a 1/2 mile north of the Hilton just past the lagoon at what would be about 2150 East Mission Bay Drive (2nd parking lot to the north of the Hilton).
