About this class

THE {SAMA} CLASS is our signature class that incorporates 25 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of breathwork, finishing off with 10 minutes of meditation. Each teacher will bring their own spin to the class based on their particular lineage of training. Expect a nice balance of movement and breathing techniques to help calm and strengthen the body and mind preparing you to sit comfortably in meditation.

Shannon was amazing! Very knowledgeable and offered some helpful tips for my meditation practice. The space is lovely yet if the restaurant is busy, it can get a bit noisy.

i don’t usually write this but i wanted to share. i enjoyed the message of the class. i’d been researching kundalini awakening for months now but never quite understood how to perform the practice. i felt like i was right where i needed to be. some people didn’t take parts of the class seriously though. there’s also a restaurant here with yummy foods. HOWEVER, the space for yoga is extremely small, fits maybe 10 people. i also was not aware that i couldn’t use my own mat & the mat provided smelled disgusting. imagine taking a deep breath in downward dog and smelling something foul. Meggan was great and personable.
