Relax and restore. Very gentle supportive poses that help us to relax and heal from within. Conscious relaxation allows the body to regenerate on a cellular level. The second phase of the class will be yoga Nidra, yogic sleep which is a guided body relaxation that helps to restore the body and mind. It also works deeper into the sub conscious helping to release negative thought patterns and emotions.
