About this class

PLEASE NOTE THE DIRECTIONS BELOW!! Let's meet on the beach, torch some calories, get fitter, and build amazing bodies. Sabertooth Fitness puts on an intense and fun 55-minute Boot Camp of High-Intensity Body-Weight routines, Circuit Training, some Resistance Band training, lots of Core work (Yoga and Pilates), and a range of Active Recovery routines. Oh, and this gym has dolphins! Sabertooth Fitness has been holding boot camps for 7 years. During that time, they’ve had lots of success stories, turned out lots of fit humans, and had lots of good times on the sand! You're going to have fun while really improving your fitness. No repeats! Each class is unique and will not be repeated! Bring water, a towel, and a great attitude...Sabertooth Fitness will provide everything else. On The Waterfront Cafe is the nearest business to the location. We will meet at or very near the Rose Lifeguard Tower (#31) out on the beach. Rose Tower is in line with Rose Ave. The closest street address for your GPS would be 134 Ocean Front Walk. Parking...There's always metered parking on Main. If you come a little early, there is usually free parking on side streets.

How to prepare

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Bring water, a sweat towel, and good reason. Running shoes are great for the track workout, but cross trainers work for all of the workouts. The beach sessions can be performed in bare feet, shoes, or sand socks. If you are going to eat before training...try to get your last bite in about 90 minutes prior to the start of your class.

Sabertooth Fitness hosts outdoor boot camps throughout the West Side of Los Angeles area. Check class description for the class location. Free parking is generally available at all locations. Text or call 239-822-8447 for directions if you have trouble finding the class.

What is ClassPass?
