About this class
The intermediate Zip Sprint is a fast baseline speed meant to push you to burn more calories and work on your explosive VO2 max output. This class will push you to faster speeds, but the intervals are shorter and the total class time is only 30 minutes. This class is high intensity training for all levels—your baseline will accommodate for sprint speeds. See how quickly you can get through the different zip codes they take you through.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported running shoes. Try to eat something 60-90 minutes before your run. Please fill out a profile to create your baseline speed on our website before class. www.runnershighstudio.com
