great class had fun.

This class is a great workout! It’s fast-paced and the instructors mix up the routine and music a lot so the hour goes by quickly. Plus, the staff at RPM are helpful and upbeat, and make the class welcoming and challenging for people of all levels of experience with spinning

Great workout the owner/instructor did such an amazing job I’ve never had a spin class like that before
RPM Spin with Cynthia
good: offers technique pointers bad: doesnt start on time music and power issues comments from instructor criticizing pedestrians walking outside no towels (but understood it is a 3 credit class) loaner shoes pretty tore up bikes out of operation instructor touches you for technique correction without warning hard to follow when no active instructor (due to injury) spinning
RPM Spin with Cynthia
Instructor seemed really nice but made some adjustments to my bike that put me out of alignment and then made some dangerous posture corrections that put pressure on my knees and hands. She also encouraged the entire class to remove resistance completely while riding at a run in third position out of the saddle, which in my 5 years of cycling experience Ive only ever heard instructors strongly discourage. Also, class was not music based if youre one who likes to ride to the rhythm. It was hard to hear the instructor because the microphone/music audio balance was off. But the studio itself is really nice. Looks like there is a yoga room as well.

Only 5 credits for a reason. The instructor was very friendly but was clearly unorganized. Switching songs for the ride on his Spotify account and there were moments where there wasnt music playing because he hadnt found a song yet. Most of the class was no resistance and pedaling as fast as you can. Not very challenging.

Great, attentive staff and a great workout
RPM Spin with Karyn
This class is always just a couple bikes full. I do get a sweat, but I do enjoy the energy from other bikers. Free underground parking.
RPM Spin with Cynthia
Sweaty class but no resistance changes and count was off.
