About this class

Kickboxing and weightlifting with self defense. Kickboxing is a form of martial arts that combines boxing with elements of karate for a full body workout. There are two standard lifts in modern weightlifting: the single-movement lift from floor to extended position (the snatch ), and the two-movement lift from floor to shoulder position, and from shoulders to extended position. Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist and survive violent attacks

What is ClassPass?
